I chose Diamond Vale to renovate the exterior of my elderly mother's house in Luton. The work quality was excellent, the workmen were friendly and considerate, and they completed on time and within budget. No complaints, would definitely use them again.
Richard and the Diamond Vale Projects team, were recommended to me and they did a brilliant job replacing a badly damaged bargeboard on the apex of my house for a new wooden one with black gloss finish. Other work included filling cracks on white precast stone sills and columns externally and finishing them with a white weather shield paint. Progress of work was communicated with me at every stage and any problems were highlighted with an honest practical solution. The work was completed on time and below the estimated budget.
Richard did some refurbishment work for me. He made many good suggestions for how the work could be done better before he started and when he did do the work, he took care to match the colour of the new materials with the existing so the repair work blended in well. Richard got on with the work and finished in the time estimated, despite unfavourable weather. I would certainly recommend Richard.
Richard responded very quickly when I needed someone to do a small job I couldnt do. He did it very promptly efficiently and was happy to do a "small job" will definately use him again if needed. Would recommend.
Once again, I'm a very happy customer. Our Luton property suffered significant water damage from a broken water pipe in the loft and our home insurance didn't cover it, so the extensive repairs had to be done on a shoestring budget. Richard and his team worked a minor miracle to get it all done : damaged lights and electrics replaced, a new boiler, a new fuseboard, extensive replastering, painting, some new pipes, warped doors fixed, and a dozen other things. The house has gone from being a waterlogged wreck to being clean, bright, dry, and ready for sale. It's the second time we've used Diamond Vale Projects Ltd and we recommend them 100%.
